ProtoBag Studio offers six core custom bag development services for international brands. They cover the full path from idea to production. Each service can be engaged standalone or as part of a full engagement.
The first service is bag development consultation. This covers structure, material, hardware, MOQ, and feasibility review before sampling. The second is custom bag sampling. This is paid sample development based on a confirmed direction and reference.
The other four are structure and material advice, sample review and feedback, OEM batch production, and quality checks. Custom bag sampling typically takes three to four weeks at our China-side facility.
OEM bag production runs after the sample is approved. Our team handles material confirmation, production scheduling, in-line quality control, and pre-shipment checks. Recommended MOQ is from 400 pieces per style. Smaller quantities are reviewed case by case.
Beyond the six core services, we provide four support services. These include existing product optimization, additional sourcing for bag accessories and hardware, technical communication for brands already working with another factory, and confidential NDA-backed reviews.
