ProtoBag Studio provides six connected custom bag development and production support services: product review, sampling readiness, paid sampling management, sample review and revision coordination, production and quality follow-up, plus shipping, logistics, and reorder support.
Before paid sampling, we review the information supplied and identify decisions that still need client confirmation. Detailed factory-specific material, hardware, and construction feedback generally becomes possible only after paid sampling begins and the factory reviews the project.
After sample approval, support can continue through OEM production planning, supplier communication, quality follow-up, shipment preparation, international logistics, and future reorders. Recommended MOQ begins from 100 pieces per style, subject to product type and confirmed specifications.
Conditional support includes optimization of an existing product and inquiries for applicable accessories, hardware, trims, labels, logo parts, or packaging components. Availability, component MOQ, mold fees, sample fees, and sourcing costs depend on the confirmed project.
