For a new development or an existing product with confirmed specifications and an approved production sample, we coordinate manufacturing plans, supplier communication, scheduling and agreed product details.
Quality communication and inspection follow-up are coordinated according to the confirmed production arrangement and project scope.
We can coordinate shipment preparation, international shipping, logistics follow-up, and delivery arrangements after production.
For repeat orders, we keep relevant production information organized and coordinate product updates or future reorder preparation.

Where you want to update an existing product, we can review functional or construction changes, coordinate an updated sample and confirm the revised specification. Moving an unchanged product to a new manufacturing arrangement does not require a redesign.
After the project is confirmed or paid sampling begins, we can ask the factory and supplier network about applicable accessories, hardware, trims, labels, logo parts, or packaging components.
Availability depends on confirmed specifications, supplier stock, MOQ, and project requirements. Separate mold fees, sample fees, sourcing costs, or component MOQs may apply.
What we do not provide as a standard service
- We do not create full tech packs from scratch.
- We do not provide full pattern documentation or technical drawing packages as a standard service.
- We do not provide legal, trademark, patent, certification, or regulatory compliance advice.
- We do not recommend directly copying another brand's product.
- Production pricing depends on confirmed specifications, materials, hardware, workmanship, quantity and a reference or approved sample. New or incomplete designs may need development sampling before reliable pricing is possible.
- We usually cannot provide detailed material or hardware recommendations before paid sampling and factory review.
- Additional sourcing of accessories or hardware may involve separate MOQ, mold fees, sample fees, or sourcing costs.
