ProtoBag Studio has developed and produced custom bag samples for international brands. Our sample work covers many categories. These include backpacks, totes, duffels, slings, crossbody bags, camera bags, laptop sleeves, weekenders, packable duffels, belt bags, hobo bags, and travel pouches.
Each custom bag sample is paid sample development. Each one is based on a confirmed brief: structure, materials, hardware, colorway, and any branding decisions. Bag samples are produced at our China-side facility.
Each sample is internally quality-checked before shipping. Then it ships to Munich for forward delivery. Clients receive a written feedback report on construction, function, and production feasibility.
Common backpack samples include heritage, technical, packable, and laptop variants. Tote samples cover everyday, gym, and packable types. Duffel samples include weekender, drifter, and trolley styles. Accessory bags cover camera, cosmetic, zip pouch, belt bag, and sling.
Material directions span nylon, polyester, canvas, PU, vegan textiles, and recycled fabrics. Hardware finishes include metallic, brushed, or coated options. Brands often start with a single bag sample to validate construction and target cost.
