The more project context you can share at the start, the faster we can return a useful response. Helpful inputs include any existing tech pack, a reference bag, product photos with dimensions, or an existing sample.
Estimated quantity, target budget, material preference, and the features you want to add or improve are also useful. A simple idea without size, structure, material, reference, or quantity is harder to quote. It is also slower to move forward.
If your project is at that early stage, we may first ask clarifying questions. After contact, the typical first reply covers feasibility notes, suggested next steps, and where we need additional information.
From there the project moves into the eight-step sampling and production process. It begins with a sampling quote. It ends with a finished sample delivered to the client and a production-readiness report.
