Yes, we can review an existing bag, luggage or related carry product for production with a new or additional manufacturing partner. Send specifications, photos or a reference sample, intended quantities and the requirements you want to retain or improve. We confirm feasibility and any validation sample needed before production.
Yes. We work from your brand requirements, intended use and commercial brief to review development, prototype and manufacturing needs. Bags remain our core focus, alongside luggage, travel goods, organisers, business bags and related carry products. Product construction, materials and requirements determine project fit.
No. An existing product or approved design may already resolve much of the development work. We review the specifications and sample, then agree what needs validation for the manufacturing arrangement. New or incomplete designs may require paid development sampling; repeat orders are reviewed against the approved product and any changes.
Yes. Once the product specifications and production arrangement are confirmed, we can coordinate repeat production, quality follow-up, shipping and product updates. Quantity, materials, pricing and timing are reconfirmed for each order.
Yes, as a starting point, but AI renderings are often not realistic in terms of proportions, seams, openings, structure, or function. We cannot guarantee that a physical sample or final product will look exactly the same as an AI image. The design usually needs practical adjustments based on actual use, materials, construction, and factory methods. We confirm those changes with you during paid sampling.
We will ask you to confirm which part of the image should be followed. Pocket layout, internal compartments, opening method, capacity, and functional details need to be clear enough before the factory can sample accurately.
No. A tech pack is helpful, but a reference bag, existing pouch or bag, product photos with dimensions, sketches, or screenshots can also start a first review. If files or images are missing, we will ask you to resend them before we review further.
Yes, we can start with a first review, but an estimated quantity helps us judge whether sampling and future production are realistic. MOQ depends on product type, material, color, hardware and customization level; we review it against the proposed production arrangement.
Where applicable, we can coordinate available fabric swatches or options during the confirmed project or paid sampling stage. Final selection still needs to come from the client, and exact availability depends on factory and supplier stock.
We can explain the main cost drivers after reviewing your references, dimensions, and estimated quantity. For an existing product, a detailed specification and reference sample can support the review. For a new development, reliable pricing may require a physical sample to confirm construction, materials, hardware and workmanship. Final pricing is based on the confirmed product and order quantity. Renderings alone are usually not enough for an accurate production quotation.
It depends on the product. A straightforward bag may need fewer rounds, while products with several special functions often need two or three. After each paid sample round, we review the result and confirm the next practical step before further development.
A typical first sample takes about three to four weeks after the project and paid sampling scope are confirmed. Allow roughly two additional weeks for international shipping to Munich and internal review, then about three to four working days for forwarding to the client. Complexity, material availability, custom hardware, revision rounds, and shipping conditions can extend the timeline.
